James Havery is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience having started his career at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (now Cushman and Wakefield) in September 1994.
He moved to Ashtenne Holdings plc in 2002 where he began specialising in the industrial sector. He stayed with Ashtenne following its sale to Warner Estate Holdings plc in June 2005 and left in December 2008 as the Senior Regional Director where he had responsibility for regionally based portfolios and asset management teams focused on the key disciplines of acquisition, lettings, managing and disposal.
He moved to Hansteen Holdings plc in 2009 where he held the position of Director and co-head of the UK operational and management businesses of Hansteen Holdings plc sitting on the Executive Management Board. James left Hansteen in April 2016 to establish Ribston with Mark and Joe and launch the Ribston UK Industrial Property Unit Trust.

Joe Havery is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience having started his career at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (now Cushman and Wakefield) in September 1997.
He moved to Ashtenne Holdings plc in 2002 where he was the key asset manager on the t3 Partnership (the first designated trade park fund). His responsibilities were the acquisition, lettings and asset management of the nationwide portfolio. In 2004, he took on the role of European asset manager, working across six countries, his responsibilities were the acquisition, lettings and asset management of the portfolio.
He left Ashtenne following its sale to Warner Estate Holdings plc in June 2005 to establish a commercial property advisory business. In April 2016 Joe established Ribston with James and Mark to launch the Ribston UK Industrial Property Unit Trust.

Toby Mott is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience.
He has worked across all areas of finance, including investor reporting, financial analysis, management accounts, financial accounts, VAT, tax and treasury.
He moved to Hansteen Holdings plc in 2011 where he held the position of Head of UK Finance, working closely with James, Mark and Joe in the setup, management and sale of Hansteen Property Unit Trusts I and II, as well as the investment in and management of the Ashtenne Industrial Fund Unit Trust. In April 2017 he left to join Ribston, where he is Finance Director.

Adam Morgan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 13 years experience in asset management of industrial property.
He qualified at Hansteen Holdings plc having previously worked for the general practice firm, Turner & Company, in Herefordshire.
He moved to Hansteen Holdings plc in 2013 where he began to specialise in the asset management of industrial property. Once qualified he quickly became Regional Manager of Yorkshire in 2015 and then Regional Manager of Yorkshire and the North East in 2017. Key responsibilities included the management of regional teams focussed on lettings, lease renewals, value enhancement and disposals.
Adam left Hansteen in April 2018 to join Ribston.

Oliver Graham is a Chartered Surveyor with over 6 years experience in asset management of industrial property.
Prior to working at Ribston, Oliver achieved a first class degree from Northumbria University in Building Surveying. He subsequently completed a Masters degree in Real Estate, receiving a distinction.
Oliver joined Ribston in September 2019. He is responsible for asset management within Yorkshire, the North West and Scotland.
